Spandex Sateen Digital Print Fabric

ZICAI is the manufacturer of spandex sateen digital print fabric. We have two complete production lines and optimize the "multi-station production line" : The production line is divided into 5 independent workstations, each of which can simultaneously produce fabrics of different weights. The production change time is shortened to 2 hours (normally 4 hours), supporting the simultaneous production of multiple varieties of orders from the same customer and improving the supply efficiency.

1)Strong glossiness
Spandex sateen digital print fabric has the silk-like luster of satin fabric. The surface of the fabric has undergone precise satin weaving (with longer float length of warp yarns), presenting a soft pearlescent effect under light, unlike ordinary synthetic fiber fabrics which are dazzling. It is particularly suitable for ladies' evening gowns.
 

2)High wrinkle resistance
One of the highlights of this product is its anti-wrinkle property. After washing, there is no need for ironing. Just shake it casually and it will return to a smooth surface. For example, when making a sports shirt for men, there will be no dense wrinkles on the clothes after exercising.
 

3)High wear resistance
In daily wear, polyester fabric is not as prone to fringing or small holes due to friction as cotton fabric, so there is no need to change new clothes frequently.
