Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 200 meters per design for digital printing, and 500 meters for pigment and reactive dyeing. For solid dyed fabrics, MOQ is typically 1,000 meters per color.
Q: How long is your production lead time?
5-7 days for digital printing from existing patterns. 7-10 days for pigment printing. 7-12 days for reactive dyeing. Custom developments typically take 10-15 days for sampling.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
Yes! We provide free fabric samples (A4 size) to qualified buyers. For larger sample sets, a nominal fee may apply, which is deductible from your first order.
Q: What certifications do you have?
We hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GB 31701 (China children's textile safety), and CE marking certifications. Third-party testing by SGS, Intertek, or BV is available upon request.
Q: Can you do custom patterns and designs?
Absolutely. Our in-house design team can develop custom patterns from your artwork, mood boards, or even just a concept. We offer digital, pigment, and reactive printing to match your aesthetic and budget.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal (for samples), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
