Description

For 100% printed poplin fabrics (such as advertising shirts and children's printed T-shirts), we have optimized the "pretreatment desizing process" : after weaving, we first desize with weak alkali (concentration 2%), and then wash the fabric with hot water to ensure that the residual sizing yarn on the fabric surface is ≤0.5%. During the subsequent shaping process, the fabric width shrinkage rate is controlled to be ≤2% to prevent the printed patterns from deforming easily, making it suitable for various printing techniques such as digital printing and transfer printing.
